Booking conditions

Advance

• A deposit of 30% is required for confirmation of the package stay.
• The deposit can not be less than the amount of one night.

Payment

The balance thereof must be issued at your departure.

Cancellation

• Return of deposit or any expenses incurred by the customer will be refunded only if the cancellation is done 22 days prior to the arrival date.
• If the cancellation is done 21 days prior to arrival date,  no amount is refundable.
• Failure to appear at the arrival date will result canccellation of the registration package and no amount of deposit will be refund.
• In case of cancellation during stay, client should pay compensation to the hotel, 50% of the value of the remaining period of his stay.
