The "Chasapis luxury apartments" began operation in August 2011. Just 50 metres away from the beach the area has been decorated in a unique style, combining in each case the comfort and luxury. The complex includes:
- 8 studios that can accommodate from 2 to 3 people
- 5 apartments with one bedroom and living room that can accommodate up to 4 people
- 2 apartments with two bedrooms and living room that can accommodate up to 6 people.

All fully air-conditioned rooms equipped with TV LCD 32'', DVD player, satellite receiver, personal safe and hairdryer.Beyond the bedroom, the living room and the WC, a kitchen is included which is equipped with all the necessities (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mixeraki frappe, etc).
